Today the kids and I worked on personalizing Christmas Cards. When the kids asked why, we discussed thoughfulness. There's just something that brings a smile to your face when you hear a friend or family member recount a memory you both shared.
Now-a-days we get lost in the technology. Yes you can send 100 cards by just adding the addresses,but I encourage all of you to take a moment to personalize your cards. 10 personalized cards will do more than 100 impersonal ones.
In our Christmas cards we thanked and shared our favorite memories. Here's Mac writing her Aunt, Uncle, and cousins.
My daughter was most excited when I began to write a card to her mom and stepdad. She lights up when her WHOLE family is included in traditions.
